Project Architect – Third Space

Are you a technically minded, design-driven Architect with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? As we continue to grow our estate, we’re looking for a talented Project Architect to help shape the future of our clubs - ensuring every space reflects our premium brand identity and delivers an outstanding member experience.

This is a unique opportunity to work across both new club developments and high-impact refurbishments, collaborating with a dynamic team from our Soho office.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design of refurbishment projects across our existing estate, maintaining and elevating our brand standards
• Support the Design Manager on new club developments, reviewing technical drawing packs from external consultants
• Develop interior design concepts, technical drawings, and joinery details
• Contribute to the evolution of the Third Space Design Guide
• Collaborate with the wider Projects Team to shape creative direction from concept to completion

What You'll Bring:

• RIBA/ARB Part 1, 2 & 3 qualifications
• 4+ years’ experience in a UK-based architectural office or design studio
• Proven experience delivering interior fit-out and retrofit projects across all RIBA stages
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and detail drawing production
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• A passion for interior design and the fitness & wellness sector
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
