Office Manager
Third Space Support Office

Description

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life.  We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

As a company we’ve grown from 7 clubs to 15 in 2.5 years, with the intention to continue growing to 30 clubs in the next 5 years. With this, our central functions have grown to around 140 people. The evolution of Third Space is huge, and you could be a part of it.

With a move to a new office at the end of the summer, we’re now looking for an Office Manager. This role will be the sole point of accountability for safe, seamless and consistently exceptional experience for our central teams, visiting club teams and external visitors. Reporting into the Head of People, this role will build on our Community value and bring clear ways of working, swift problem-solving and proactive ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create, maintain and evolve a workspace that drives collaboration, community and excellence
  • Set and uphold workspace standards across the estate, including ways of working (including clear desk policy), office etiquette, quality expectations and end-of-day reset
  • Own the day-to-day operation of the central office environment
  • Act as primary point of contact with Landlord and Housekeeping providers, as well as any office deliveries
  • Plan and coordinate central office events and training (including logistics, set-up and on-the-day running) in partnership with relevant teams
  • Own central health & safety compliance for the office environment ensuring all required training is completed
  • Champion and support community across the central team through a structured programme of office events and shared rituals that encourage connections.

About you:

  • Experience managing an office or single-site environment in a growing organisation
  • Strong judgement in balancing operational delivery, experience and risk
  • Comfortable operating as a sole accountable owner in a busy environment
  • Clear communicator able to work across teams and with external partners
