Our Sales Academy Manager will play a huge part in delivering our Sales strategy across our clubs. Working closely with Sales Director, our in-club Sales Managers, and key stakeholders across the business, the Sales Academy Manager will be responsible for enabling the delivery of the Sales strategy, including the induction, training and continuous development of our Sales Consultants, both existing and new to the company. They’ll also work closely with our frontline club teams, as well as key stakeholders across the business.


You’ll be working as part of our Central team, creating, developing and implementing a Sales curriculum designed to support the in-club Sales, front line and Senior Management team achieve our Sales strategy.

 

About You

Whilst we’d love to meet with candidates who can demonstrate their experience of working in a health club sales environment, we’re also keen to meet with those who have experience delivering training in a face to face setting, a genuine passion for fitness, are highly self-motivated, proactive and tenacious individuals. You’ll be an exceptional communicator, able to build genuine relationships quickly and effectively.

Key skills

·       Previous experience of writing and delivering face to face learning solutions (essential)

·       Experience in health club sales (desirable)

·       Have a strong understanding about membership sales processes

·       A strong understanding about learning methodologies such as return on investment and 70:20:10 is

·       essential

·       Previous experience of building and managing a training curriculum (desirable)

·       A strong leader with excellent people skills

·       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Excellent organisation skills and impeccable attention to detail
