Runner £13-16/hr OTE (Including Tronc)

We’re looking for a Runner to join the team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs.  As a Runner, you’ll be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that dishes reach guests quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. You’ll support both the serving and kitchen teams, helping create a smooth, seamless dining experience that reflects Cubitt House’s high standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

·       Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining area. 

·       Assist the serving team to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service. 

·       Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas. 

·       Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams as required during service. 

·       Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. 

·       Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the pub. 

Skills & Experience 

·       Previous experience in a hospitality or fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential. 

·       Energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure. 

·       Strong teamwork and communication skills. 

·       Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude. 

·       Ability to move quickly and safely around a busy restaurant environment. 

·       Full eligibility to work in the UK.
