Three Joes is a proudly independent group of local pizza restaurants serving seriously tasty sourdough pizzas, craft beers, cocktails and milkshakes. We make our sourdough from scratch everyday using the finest Caputo flour and all our pizzas are cooked in wood-fired ovens. 

Founded in 2017 by  three friends with a passion for Neapolitan pizza, Three Joes prides itself on quality ingredients, creative toppings and affordability You’ll find us in the market towns of Lincoln, Winchester and Fareham, as well as Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield.  

We are looking for a fired up sous chef to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.

We will be opening our brand new branch in the coming weeks and want to create a great team of people who can work hard and take pride in what they do. As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and also running your own shifts in a professional and organised way.

Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
