Head Chef for site in expanding restaurant group

We have an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join our team at one of our fantastic sites. 


Located a stone's throw from Winchester Cathedral, we offer seriously tasty sourdough pizza, local craft beer, cocktails, milkshakes and a fantastic Mini Three Joes menu for under 8s. We make our sourdough from scratch everyday using the finest Caputo flour and all our pizzas are cooked in wood-fired ovens..

We make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it alongside an incredible range of craft beer and cider. We are obsessed about doing everything properly and don’t believe in cutting corners, although there aren’t any corners on a pizza.

As head chef you will be responsible for running the back of house operations including stock control, recruitment, training and all aspects of Health and safety.

What are we looking for?

  • Passionate about fresh food

  • Experience managing a large kitchen team

  • Proven success at training and developing your team

  • Knowledge of stock and waste control

  • Good communication skills
