The Field Operations Leader for the DC Region leads the training, coaching, and adherence of brand standards within their territory. They are also responsible for strong operational performance for corporate-owned units within their region, including leadership development of store teams, attainment of profitability metrics, and positive guest experiences. Lastly, they will heavily support New Restaurant Openings - ensuring cross-functional coordination, impactful training, and positive licensee relationships. This is a hands-on operational role with travel, with ~60% of time based in a home unit. There will be periodic extended travel as training needs evolve. While the units are closed outside of the Academic Calendar Year, we provide opportunities for professional development such as classes, Culinary R&D support, and Field Training. Responsibilities
· Drive strong operational performance at corporate units across the FOH and BOH
· Review compliance tools and operational audits daily, ensuring high-risk compliance issues are addressed quickly
· Conduct site assessments to measure brand compliance of licensed units, working with operators + their leadership teams on improvement plans
· Develop a strong bench of operational leadership within the region
· Operationally supports training + business development initiatives including New Restaurant Openings, Pop-Up Events, and Conferences
Skills
· Strong leadership development skills. Can hire, grow, and retain a high-performing team.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead client-facing conversations as a brand representative.
