Location: Bristol
Role: Production Manager
Joining this new company, the Production Manager will firstly be responsible for setting up all key facets of our tortilla chip production line. From flour to bagging line.
You will be a self-starter, looking the challenge in a new operation with broad range of responsibility and reporting only to the CEO.
Key duties:
- Ensure HSE standards compliance.
- Production and material control.
- Creation and implementation of work processes.
- Logistics, Ingredients and Packaging.
- Managing and improving production.
- Product innovation.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in production supervision, in the food processing industry, ideally in the savoury snack sector.
- Experience in extruded snacks industry preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of commercial gas ovens and fryers.
- Excellent in communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a varied schedule.
- Effective mechanical aptitude.
