Since opening in Canary Wharf in 2017, Thunderbird has gone from strength to strength and attracted a following of thousands of devoted fried chicken enthusiasts. As a supervisor, you’ll work as part of the management team in our sites and help the General Manager to run a restaurant that’s profitable, compliant, and loved by all our guests.

• You’re confident in handing any guest queries, and can resolve any issues or complaints positively.
• You lead by example, inspiring your team to bring the best versions of themselves to every shift.
• You live & breathe our values and are obsessed with the detail, embodying Gold Standard at every opportunity.
• You’re a great communicator, and take time to truly listen & take feedback onboard.
• You’re a clean freak and take pride in the appearance of both you and your restaurant.
• You know how to drive sales and keep costs low to maintain a profitable business.
