Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Sanitation
• Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage of cleaned utensils, cookware, and dishware.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to hygiene and safety guidelines.
Kitchen Support
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when required (e.g., peeling vegetables, moving supplies).
• Help organize and replenish kitchen supplies.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Follow all kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
Teamwork & Compliance
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to company hygiene and safety standards.
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights. • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.
