The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in supporting Tim Ho Wan's growth across North America by leading end-to-end supply chain operations for our restaurants and commissary. From strategic sourcing and procurement to logistics, inventory planning, and supplier management, this role ensures products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and reliably.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, JWS, and supplier partners, you'll help build a scalable supply chain that supports new restaurant openings, drives operational excellence, and fuels the expansion of one of the world's most celebrated restaurant brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing, Procurement & Cost Management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food, packaging, equipment, and operating supplies.

Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and strategic partnerships to deliver sustainable cost improvements.

Manage food and packaging cost performance by identifying savings opportunities and monitoring commodity markets.

Develop secondary sourcing strategies and mitigation plans to reduce supply risk.

Support menu innovation, new product launches, and evolving sourcing requirements.
Supply Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment
- Lead supply planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization to maximize product availability while minimizing stockouts and waste.

Oversee supplier-to-store and commissary-to-store distribution, warehousing, and third-party logistics operations.

Ensure timely order fulfillment and monitor logistics service levels and delivery performance.

Develop scalable logistics processes and distribution capabilities to support network growth.
Supplier Management, Risk & Supply Continuity
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships through qualification, onboarding, performance management, and regular business reviews.

Monitor supplier quality, food safety, service, and compliance to ensure operational excellence.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by establishing contingency plans for critical categories.

Drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
New Store Openings, Expansion Support & Supply Chain Development
- Lead the supply chain workstream for restaurant openings, ensuring sourcing, inventory, logistics, equipment, packaging, and opening orders are ready for launch.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful opening readiness and execution.

Support market expansion, commissary growth, and future distribution network development.

Education

Experience
Required
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in supply
chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, or distribution.
- Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant, food
manufacturing, commissary, retail, or distribution operations.
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management
experience.
- Experience managing food and packaging
categories.
- Experience in inventory planning and logistics
coordination.
- Experience supporting growth and operational
expansion.
Preferred
- Restaurant or foodservice industry experience.
