As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will promote our flagship AI solution—an advanced voice-call receptionist designed to automate key hotel operations. This software seamlessly integrates with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, automating tasks like reservation handling, pre-arrival calls, upselling services, and guest inquiries. The project aims to solve pain points such as labor shortages, operational inefficiencies, and missed revenue opportunities for hotels. Your role will be to position our brand as a leader in hospitality technology, driving demand among hotel decision-makers and showcasing the operational and financial benefits of our AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize targeted campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, focusing on hotel decision-makers such as general managers and operations directors. Drive awareness of our AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with PMSs and CRMs.
Content Development: Create and manage engaging, industry-specific content, including use cases, success stories, whitepapers, and blog posts. Highlight the benefits of our AI Receptionist, Pre-Arrival Calls, and Upselling Calls in streamlining operations and enhancing guest experiences.
Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a brand identity that reflects our mission to transform hospitality operations through AI. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Performance Analytics: Track campaign success using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Provide actionable insights to enhance lead generation and demonstrate ROI on marketing investments.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored collateral, such as pitch decks, brochures, and trade show materials. Support efforts to convert leads into clients through effective marketing strategies.
SEO & SEM Optimization: Drive organic and paid visibility by implementing advanced SEO and SEM tactics, targeting keywords and phrases specific to hotel automation solutions.
Event Leadership: Plan and execute trade show presentations, industry webinars, and networking events to showcase our products’ capabilities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector.
Referral Program Design: Develop and execute customer referral programs that encourage satisfied clients to promote our solutions within their networks, reducing acquisition costs.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, particularly in SaaS or hospitality technology.
Proven ability to design and execute performance-driven campaigns targeted at niche audiences.
Expertise in creating compelling narratives that explain the technical and operational benefits of AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
