Lamington Group is working on an innovative software solution for the hospitality industry that leverages AI to automate critical hotel operations, such as reservations and customer support. The product integrates with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to streamline workflows and enhance guest experiences.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts in revolutionizing the hospitality industry through cutting-edge AI-powered voice solutions. This role will involve crafting and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships with hotel decision-makers, and scaling a high-performing sales team to drive adoption of our innovative products.

Project Overview:

Our flagship product is an AI-driven voice-call receptionist tailored to the hospitality industry, designed to automate key hotel operations such as reservations, guest inquiries, pre-arrival calls, and upselling services. The solution integrates seamlessly with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, addressing critical industry challenges like labor shortages, operational inefficiencies, and missed revenue opportunities. The Head of Sales will spearhead the initiative to bring this transformative technology to market, starting with hotels already testing the product and scaling rapidly to expand client adoption. This role will be instrumental in positioning our company as the go-to provider of AI-powered guest communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and execute a robust sales strategy aimed at increasing adoption of our AI solutions, focusing on demonstrating the value of automating guest communication and upselling processes.

  • Team Building and Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of junior sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing the training and tools needed to exceed targets.

  • Sales Pipeline Optimization: Oversee and refine the sales funnel, leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and enhance conversion rates.

  • Forecasting and Performance Analysis: Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts and actionable performance reports to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company growth targets.

  • Client Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with hotel operators, general managers, and decision-makers to establish trust and highlight the unique advantages of our AI Receptionist, Pre-Arrival Calls, and Upselling Calls.

  • Collaborative Sales Enablement: Partner with the marketing team to align strategies and develop impactful sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators tailored to client needs.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into new markets, leveraging your knowledge of the hospitality sector to position our solutions effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the hospitality, SaaS, or B2B technology industries.

  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle in the hospitality industry, including decision-making processes at hotels of various sizes.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, with the ability to analyze data and optimize sales processes.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in scaling and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
