The product integrates with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to streamline workflows and enhance guest experiences.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and database ORM tools. This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems.
Project Overview:
This role involves contributing to the development of a cutting-edge AI voice-call receptionist tailored for the hospitality industry. The software automates hotel operations such as managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and seamlessly integrating with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. You will be responsible for building the backend infrastructure that supports real-time voice data processing, API integrations with hotel systems, and scalable microservices to ensure high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development: Build and maintain APIs and backend services using frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
Asynchronous Programming: Implement scalable, non-blocking code using async/await patterns to enhance performance.
Database Integration: Develop and manage database interactions using ORM tools.
System Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Testing: Develop unit tests and perform debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for codebases and systems.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in backend development using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
Expertise in database ORM tools.
Familiarity with relational databases and non-relational databases.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with WebSocket programming or other real-time protocols.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Google Cloud.
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
