Purpose of the role
The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the hometel. They are also responsible for managing colleagues and for planning, with the support of Head Office teams, on-site marketing activity, coordination and administration of accommodation, food and beverage and meeting & events facilitates. They are responsible for making sure that all areas of the hometel environment run smoothly and work cohesively to run a successful operation.
