• Lead and support the bar team during daily operations
• Train team members on coffee preparation, presentation, and service standards
• Greet guests with energy and hospitality
• Prepare barista-style beverages following recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Ensure smooth workflow during busy rushes
• Recommend drinks, bakery items, and menu favorites to guests
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Minimum 1 year barista experience
• Title IV certification 
• Current food handler card
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts
• Cash handling and basic math skills preferred
