What You’ll Do
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Prepare food for service including chopping, prepping, portioning, and sauce preparation
  • Cook menu items to exact chef specifications
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs during service
  • Ensure dishes are executed with speed, consistency, and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts
  • Properly store and rotate inventory
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with teammates and guests
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous cooking experience required, including line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively
  • Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Current Food Handler card
