• Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Load and operate dishwashing machines efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish and kitchen areas
• Properly stack and store clean dishes and equipment
• Support kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Assist with maintaining sanitation and safety standards

• Hardworking and dependable attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Previous Back of House experience is helpful, but not required
• Interest in learning kitchen and pastry techniques is a plus
• Current Food Handler card
