• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients including baking, chopping, peeling, portioning, and measuring
• Cook and prepare food using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques
• Monitor food while cooking and ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain excellent food presentation standards
• Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized
• Properly store ingredients and prepared items
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to leadership
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Previous experience as a baker, cook, or similar kitchen role
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, bakeware, and cooking tools
• Knowledge of cooking and baking techniques including grilling, baking, boiling, and prep work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-volume environment
• Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current Food Handler card
