As a Line Cook, you’ll work directly alongside our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow with a strong culinary team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients for service including chopping, butchering, and sauce preparation
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team
• Follow instructions from Executive and Sous Chefs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
• Properly store and rotate inventory
• Ensure dishes are prepared accurately, consistently, and on time
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests
Requirements
• 3+ years experience as a HIGH-VOLUME line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook required
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented mindset and dependable work ethic
• Culinary school training is a plus
Italian cuisine experience required.
