We're looking for a Bar Manager who thrives on building systems, training teams, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do

Beverage Program Leadership
  • Identify spirits, beer, wine, and N/A beverages to purchase and establish par levels.
  • Create, develop, and roll out seasonal cocktail and beverage menus.
  • Design innovative, over-the-top cocktails that drive guest excitement and sales.
  • Ensure all beverage pricing aligns with budgeted cost targets and profitability goals.
  • Develop systems and procedures that reduce pour costs while maintaining exceptional quality.
Training & Team Development
  • Create and maintain bar training materials, recipes, specifications, and operational standards.
  • Train and develop bartenders and lead bartenders across all locations.
  • Ensure every team member is knowledgeable in recipes, portions, presentations, garnishes, pricing, and preparation techniques.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding bar team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
  • Evaluate bar layouts, workflows, and service procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure drinks are executed accurately, consistently, and with speed.
  • Oversee quality standards for cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Monitor service well performance to ensure timely drink production.
  • Develop procedures that improve beverage delivery times and guest satisfaction.
Quality Control & Cost Management
  • Enforce recipe adherence, portion control, and preparation standards.
  • Oversee inventory control, purchasing, receiving, and storage procedures.
  • Ensure mixers, garnishes, and beverage products are received at peak freshness.
  • Monitor beverage costs, inventory levels, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all sanitation, safety, and food handling standards.
What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
  • 2–4 years of multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory management, storage, and cost controls.
  • Strong understanding of beverage COGS and profitability management.
  • Proven success developing and implementing training programs.
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Knowledge of restaurant safety and sanitation standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, beverage innovation, and team development.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive outstanding guest experiences.
