We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to create an unforgettable guest experience while driving strong operational performance.

This is not a “sit in the office” management role. We’re looking for a true leader who can motivate a team, elevate service standards, control costs, build culture, and keep operations running at a high level every single day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a large team in a high-volume environment
  • Organize and supervise shifts while maintaining efficiency and morale
  • Manage inventory, labor, sanitation, and operational standards
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Promote a positive, energetic, team-focused culture
  • Lead by example and uphold brand standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Experience managing teams of 40+ employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Extensive food & beverage knowledge
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
  • Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays
