We're looking for skilled, motivated, and dependable Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. If you're passionate about great food, committed to excellence, and ready to grow your culinary career, we'd love to meet you.

As a Line Cook, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef and culinary team to prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed. Your dedication and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients
  • Cook menu items according to recipes and company standards
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Properly store and rotate inventory
  • Ensure food is prepared and plated with consistency, quality, and timeliness
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Restaurant Cook
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Culinary school training is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
