The Role
As Front of House Manager, you will lead our reception and front-of-house team to deliver seamless, memorable service from the moment guests arrive until they depart. You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and train your team, handle guest queries confidently, and ensure every interaction reflects The NICI’s unique spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest service
Oversee check-in/check-out, billing, and reservations
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and ease
Maintain high standards of presentation and service in the lobby and public areas
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Drive team performance, implement SOPs, and uphold brand standards
Support training, scheduling, and career development for your team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hotel front office or guest services management
Natural people leader with excellent communication skills
Calm, organized, and solutions-focused approach
Confident using hotel PMS systems
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Experience in luxury or boutique hotels (advantageous)
