The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support the smooth day-to-day running of our housekeeping department. You will play a key role in maintaining our luxury standards, leading by example, and ensuring our guests enjoy an immaculate and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team on a daily basis

  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet The Nici’s cleanliness and presentation standards

  • Conduct room inspections and report maintenance issues promptly

  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring

  • Manage daily room allocations and workload planning

  • Ensure health & safety and COSHH standards are always followed

  • Support the Head Housekeeper with stock control and departmental administration

About You

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role (hotel or hospitality environment preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

  • Confident leading and motivating a team

  • Good organisational and time-management skills

  • Flexible and reliable, with a positive and professional attitude

  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays as required
