The Role..
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume breakfast service, strong culinary skills, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards during early morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to company standards, including hot and cold options.
Set up and manage the breakfast station to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
Maintain excellent food quality, portion control, and presentation throughout service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
Manage stock levels for breakfast service and communicate requirements to the Head Chef.
Assist with cleaning duties and proper storage of food items after service.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a breakfast chef, or similar.
Knowledge of breakfast menu preparation and strong culinary techniques.
Ability to work efficiently during early morning shifts.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
