The role…
We are looking for a warm, organised, and professional Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. If you thrive in a calm, customer-focused environment and enjoy helping guests feel relaxed from the moment they arrive, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere
Manage bookings, schedules, and phone/email enquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products
Maintain a clean and serene reception area
Support therapists and management with daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a calm and efficient manner
Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or spa/wellness (preferred but not essential)
