About The Nici

Our fitness and wellness offering is a key part of our guest experience, and we are looking for an outstanding Personal Trainer to join our team.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Level 4 Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality personal training and engaging group exercise classes to both hotel guests and members. You will play a key role in promoting health, wellbeing, and an exceptional fitness experience aligned with The Nici brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Level 4 personal training sessions

• Teach group fitness classes, including Spin and Circuit training

• Deliver additional class specialties (e.g. HIIT, strength, functional training, mobility, etc.)

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and members

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the gym and studio

• Build strong client relationships and encourage member retention

• Uphold health, safety, and brand standards at all times

About You

• Level 4 Personal Training qualification (essential)

• Qualified and confident teaching Spin and Circuit classes

• Additional class qualifications are highly desirable

• Professional, personable, and guest-focused approach

• Strong communication and motivational skills

• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in a premium gym or hospitality environment (desirable but not essential)
