The role…
As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will deliver high-quality treatments, lead by example, and support the Spa Manager in ensuring every guest receives outstanding, personalised service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled therapist ready to take the next step in their spa career within a vibrant, premium hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of professional spa and wellness treatments to a high standard
Support the Spa Manager with day-to-day operations and team coordination
Mentor junior therapists and help maintain excellent treatment quality
Deliver exceptional guest care, tailoring experiences to individual needs
Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and a calm, luxurious spa atmosphere
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
Strong treatment skills with experience in premium spa environments
Confident, enthusiastic, and guest-focused with a warm, professional manner
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for wellness, luxury hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
