The Role

As Spa & Leisure Manager, you will oversee the spa and leisure operations, leading a talented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll ensure the spa operates at peak performance, driving revenue while maintaining a calm, luxurious, and welcoming environment for both guests and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day spa and leisure operations, including treatments, facilities, and guest experience

• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and resource management to meet business needs

• Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, retail sales, and promotions

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and regulatory compliance

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on performance and KPIs

• Collaborate with hotel management to align the spa offering with the overall guest experience

About You

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end spa

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Commercially minded with experience driving revenue and managing budgets

• Passionate about wellness, guest experience, and service excellence

• Highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required
