The Role

As a Pool Host, you are responsible for ensuring the pool area is safe, clean, and welcoming, while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the outdoor and indoor pool areas
• Ensure guest safety and poolside rules are followed
• Maintain cleanliness of sun loungers, cabanas, and pool facilities
• Assist guests with towels, seating, and general poolside service
• Monitor guest behaviour and report safety concerns
• Work with the spa and leisure team to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Experience

• Friendly and confident customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors and remain attentive
• Awareness of health & safety procedures
• Hospitality, leisure, or lifeguard experience is helpful but not always required
• Ability to work in a busy luxury resort environment
