THE NICI, a destination hotel in Bournemouth, continues to grow at pace and is looking for fresh, exceptional talent to join its growing team.  

Since its launch in summer 2022, THE NICI is already being recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting new hotel concepts, with accolades including The Times Top 100 Places to Stay - ‘Best Seaside Hotel for 2023’.   

Set on an enviable spot on the South Coast, with £20m investment so far, THE NICI has transformed Bournemouth’s accommodation landscape with 84 luxury bedrooms, many with spectacular sea views, garden hot tub suites, buzzing South Beach Restaurant & Bar, outdoor terrace and indoor cinema, as well as inspiring meeting and events spaces.  

Join us as we embark on the next stage of development with the addition of a 25m feature outdoor pool, luxury spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and holiday cottages, set to complete by spring 2023.

The role…

As Sales & Events co-ordinator, you will have a proven track record in functions and events proactive sales in a hotel environment, with a passion and drive to take the business forward. You will need to be an effective communicator with a warm and welcoming personality, have exceptional attention to detail, an immaculate presentation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. We are looking for a strong individual to support the team to achieve financial targets.
