The role…

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant who is keen to learn and progress. This role will include overseeing our busy purchase ledger function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciliation of supplier accounts, and compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent supplier relationships. 

You will have proven, demonstrable experience of working in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role and have excelled attention to detail. 

Key duties:

-          Manage Purchase Ledger (Invoice Entry, Statement Reconciliation, Supplier Payments)

-          Support the Hotel FC in the timely and accurate production of the management accounts

-          Monthly and weekly BACS payment runs.

-          Bank reconciliation and Income Audit

-          Assist in weekly payroll reporting

-          Any other Ad Hoc duties 


Qualifications and experience:

-          Strong Excel skills

-          Sage 200 Accounts

-          Procure Wizard
