The role…

We are now looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales and Events Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in elevating our events and group business to the next level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Event Sales: Proactively generate new business across weddings, private functions, conferences, and corporate events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring every event from enquiry to execution exceeds expectations.

  • Planning & Coordination: Work closely with the operations and F&B teams to plan and deliver exceptional events in line with The Nici brand.

  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet revenue targets, including proactive outreach, site visits, and industry networking.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and identify areas for growth.


About You

  • Proven experience in hotel or venue event sales, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle setting.

  • Strong understanding of event operations and coordination.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organised.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
