The NICI is a luxury lifestyle hotel brand known for exceptional guest experiences, contemporary style and outstanding service. We are looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
This is a key role requiring excellent communication, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic objectives of the business. The role may also involve occasional travel to support business meetings, projects and operational requirements across the group.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director
• Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation
• Coordinate projects, deadlines and follow-up actions
• Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders professionally and confidentially
• Support operational and business administration across the group
• Maintain accurate records, documents and filing systems
About You
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional, discreet and highly dependable
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
