The role…
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold our high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth coordination between front and back of house
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets to optimize costs
Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations
Assist in recruitment and staff scheduling
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance guest experience
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for management review
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency with restaurant management software and point of sale systems
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
