What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Waiting Staff to join our food and beverage team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the South Coast’s most exciting hotels, surrounded by a passionate team and breathtaking sea views. Whether you’re serving cocktails on our terrace, delivering exceptional service in our restaurant, or helping to create memorable moments for guests, you’ll be part of something truly special.

• Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant, bar, and terrace areas

• Provide a warm, engaging, and efficient experience for every guest

• Work collaboratively with the front of house and kitchen teams

• Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality

• Previous waiting experience preferred, but full training provided

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
