The Polisher will be responsible for maintaining clean glassware, and tableware with caution to uphold company standards. An experienced individual will have 1+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry, be flexible in their schedule, and will have a current food handler and Serve Safe certificate.

Responsibilities

• Consistently high execution of your job duties demonstrated by well polished items

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines

• Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers who may need additional assistance, as well as assisting in other simple maintenance tasks

• Ensuring that all stations are stock and prepped as needed for business demand
  

Qualifications

• Exhibit strong multitasking abilities

• Posses a diligent work ethic

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance

• Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant

• A minimum of 1 years experience in a Full Service Dining Experience

• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
