Talo is the up-and-coming leader of the fast casual restaurant space who is famous for being 100% seed oil free, using no plastics in our kitchen, serving meat that is 100% grass-fed or pasture raised, and going to lengths to ensure the experience we serve to our customers is healthy, non-toxic, and memorable. • Assemble fresh, high-quality meals with speed and accuracy

• Be the first and last impression for every guest—greet customers warmly and ensure they   leave happy

•  Educate guests on our brand, ingredients, and mission—help them make informed choices

• Ensure every order is plated and packaged to our exact standards

• Follow food safety guidelines and keep workstations stocked and organized

• Maintain cleanliness in all customer-facing areas, including counters and assembly lines

• Work as a team to keep up with demand during peak hours

• Engage with guests and ensure their experience is positive

•   Outgoing, team-oriented individuals who work well in a fast-paced environment

•   Detail-oriented workers who can consistently follow assembly guidelines

•   Reliable & punctual team members who take pride in great service

•   Ability to stand for long periods 

•  Passionate & Personable: You love engaging with people and making them feel welcome

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend and reach overhead often

• Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment

• Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold

• Must be comfortable working near open flames

• May be required to work in tight spaces

• Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people

• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required

• Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally

• Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

• May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions

• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
