To be a successful part of our Bar Team you will need;

* A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues

* Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer

* Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a lively, fast paced environment

**This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/ club work- you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts**

• Opening and closing shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis
• A willing to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
