Head Chef

Key responsibilities:

Running a kitchen and a strong team confidently and to a high standard

Work closely with the General Manager to control labour and stock 

Adhere to company food hygiene standards

Adhere to company health & safety standards as outlined in staff handbook

Comply with company food specifications

Be competent in COSSH & HACCP

Work closely with all chefs, helping to train them along the way

Giving ideas for new menu and daily special that would come from your section


About you:

Have a progressive background with longevity in your job role.

Be ambitious & have a desire to push your capabilities to the limit.

You’re a very competent Head Chef or time served Sous chef wanting to make the next step up on the career ladder.

You have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and are flexible on working hours

Confident in running your section & want the desire to learn all sections.

Approachable, calm under pressure & go above and beyond to help your kitchen brigade.

career driven, ambitious & have an obsession with all things food.
