Tonkotsu opened in 2016 in Selfridges Birmingham in the Bullring shopping centre. It's poplar with shoppers and those working locally and has become one of the cornerstones of the Selfridges Foodhall. The fantastic team is lead by a very experienced GM, Sophie.
