Supporting our Head of Training, General Managers and Operations Managers, you will play a key role in learning and development across our Front of House teams. From delivering inductions and supporting new restaurant openings to coaching managers and developing future leaders, you'll help create a positive learning culture across the business.
This is a hands-on, field-based role involving regular travel across our restaurants, giving you the opportunity to work closely with teams and support the continued growth of Pho. Applications for this opportunity will remain open until 14th June.
Key tasks will include:
• Deliver engaging
inductions and training sessions for new and existing team members
• Manage and coordinate training programmes, events and learning activities
• Support the onboarding and training of teams for new restaurant openings
• Coordinate and oversee Management in
Training (MIT) programme
• Coach FOH managers and teams to improve performance, confidence and operational
standards
• Conduct regular site visits to support food knowledge, training and development
• Monitor training completion, compliance and engagement across the business
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials, SOPs and digital
learning resources
• Support the rollout of new business initiatives and operational projects
