Could you be who we’re looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor from the leisure, F&B or hospitality industry who loves having a varied role and taking responsibility for all aspects of an operation. You would be helping to lead a fantastic team who go above and beyond and believe that every detail really matters.

·        Carrying out all management duties when on a supervising shift

·        Upholding the standards and way of doing things set out in “How-To” Guides

·        Effectively and efficiently managing shifts to respond to guest patterns, needs, and wants

·        Supporting the Managers to review and improve how we do things

·        Helping ensure everywhere is kept spotless and well-maintained

·        Managing stock levels and building supplier relationships
