Role: Assistant General Manager

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 (dependant on experience)

Contract: 40 hours per week

What you’ll get up to:

·       Inspire your team to shine in our key metrics and support recruitment, onboarding, training and development

·       Identify new revenue strategies, and drive repeat visits and revenue per guest

·       Support all business operations being mindful of budgets and expenses

·       Use data to understand guest insights and collaborate with teams from across Treetop to explore revenue driving opportunities

·       Maintain high standards in all site areas, and be an expert in all aspects of the mini golf experience ensuring that guests receive the highest quality experience
