The Role

We’re looking for Front of House team members to join our Food & Beverage team, working across both restaurant and bar service. This is a guest-facing role where personality, attention to detail, and a natural sense of hospitality are key.

You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests — whether serving a relaxed lunch, a busy bar, or an evening service.

• Confident, friendly, and approachable individuals
• A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering great service
• Someone who works well in a team and keeps a positive attitude, even in busy moments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage naturally with guests
• Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused
• A good eye for detail and presentation

Key Responsibilities

• Providing food and drink service across restaurant and bar areas
• Managing your section to ensure it is clean, stocked, and ready for service
• Building product knowledge and confidently recommending items to guests
• Supporting service preparation and setup
• Maintaining high standards of service and presentation at all times
• Contributing to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Following all health & safety and operational procedures
• Assisting with bookings and general front of house organisation where required
