Salary: £12.71

Trevose Golf Club is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our friendly team, supporting our 4–5* accommodation. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in presentation and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional team. Seasonal bonuses are available, and we aim to be flexible with working hours where possible. Staff also have access to on-site leisure facilities after work.

Summary

As a Housekeeping/Room Attendant near Padstow, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and common areas. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, your core skills in hotel experience and hospitality will ensure that guests enjoy a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your janitorial experience will be invaluable in upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We expect you to be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, adhering to hotel protocols.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Assist in the overall upkeep of public areas, ensuring they are tidy and welcoming.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
