We are seeking a creative working Chefs and Cooks, and prep personnel. We are looking for a few great people with a passion for making and serving nourishing and healthy food for high end events. FULL TIME SOUS CHEF to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have thorough knowledge of excellent food preparation and presentation. The Sous Chef will work alongside Executive chef to help facilitate daily production of event menu items, lead the prep team to ensure proper technique and quality of products, and Brainstorm with the Executive Chef with various NEW culinary projects.If you are looking for a stable and supportive work environment this is the place for you. . .

Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in a culinary management role in a high volume, fast paced NYC kitchen (preferred)

Work ethic:
Effective communication and management skills/ ability to take direction from supervisors and lead a team constructively.Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner in a high-pressure environment; Must have excellent knife skills and proficiency in all aspects of cooking; ability to work independently, proactively, and resourcefully; knowledge of Health Department food safety and sanitation standards
Off-Premise event catering experience is preferred.
