Job description
We are a hospitality focused, locally owned restaurant located in the Star District in Frisco. Our brand is fun and casual, serving made from scratch coastal seafood and craft cocktails to our friends in the area as well as people who visit the Star to celebrate all things Dallas Cowboys. If you are guest focused and have a passion for hospitality, we hope you will apply for the position and would love to speak with you about our restaurant.
Tricky Fish servers are responsible for making sure that every guest who visits has an experience that will make them want to hurry back. It is important that we all learn the menu so we can help our guests make the right selection, both food and drinks. We work as a team to keep the service stations and dining room clean and organized throughout the shift and take great care of each other, running food, clearing tables and doing whatever it takes to make the guest experience memorable.
Some experience is great, but not required. The ideal candidate is able to memorize details about our menus, has good time management skills, a friendly and upbeat personality and great people skills. Most importantly, the ideal candidate works well with the team and is passionate about making sure everyone around them, teammates and guests, have a great time at Tricky Fish.
