Job description
We are a hospitality focused, locally owned restaurant located in the Star District in Frisco. Our brand is fun and casual, serving made from scratch coastal seafood and craft cocktails to our friends in the area as well as people who visit the Star to celebrate all things Dallas Cowboys. If you are guest focused and have a passion for hospitality, we hope you will apply for the position and would love to speak with you about our restaurant.
Tricky Fish bartenders are responsible for making sure that every guest who visits has an experience that will make them want to hurry back. It is important that we all learn the menu so we can help our guests make the right selection, both food and drinks. We work as a team to keep the bar clean and organized throughout the shift, prep our bar syrups and other ingredients, fill service bar orders and serve guets at the bar. We take great care of our guests and each other.
Some restaurant experience is required, as either a server or bartender is great. The ideal candidate is able to memorize details about our menus, has good time management skills, a friendly and upbeat personality and great people skills. Most importantly, the ideal candidate works well with the team and is passionate about making sure everyone around them, teammates and guests, have a great time at Tricky Fish.
